The ability to play the songs in a set list sequentially would make Chordify a much more useful tool.

Being able to make set lists is nice, but without the ability to play them in sequence it is merely a somewhat interesting organizational tool, rather than enhancing Chordify's overall functionality.

How hard can it be? :-)

This if possible would be a truly great addition, I think it would make the set list feature much more of a useful tool rather than just list of saved songs.

I think an enhancement to sort in a setlist would be nice but wondering about the practically aspect.

Current the setlist is in the song order that they were added into the setlist.

But currently you can only re-sort alphabetically

What I've done at a small type of gig is to create a new setlist --- called for example:

"Christmas Party 10 Dec 2023 Set List"

But of course they don't play automatically.

Maybe the auto next song needs to be optional as well.  As sometime you need to stop for a bit:  small talk, have a drink of water, re-tune up, adjust the amp, change the order, add in a request, etc etc.  And do you need to hear the Chordify at some volume so you can keep in time as you follow the "bouncing ball" across the screen.

But a good concept to pursue I think.

At a bigger type of gig we have song-sheets with words and chords on a music stand.  Currently it numbers 88 songs with an index at the front so we can get to the next one fairly quickly.  Any bigger and danger it may fall off the stand !!!

    Regards Ross from NZ.

The song order can be changed by dragging any song to where you want it to be.

I too prefer songs to automatically play in the order of the setlist without intervention.

    Hi Frank

Thanks for that advice.  I just never knew you could change the song order by dragging.  I've now tried it out and it works !!!   Fabulous.  I've never heard about this, and no one ever told me before.

Many thanks for the tip mate.  I'm gunna have fun with this.

    Best wishes, Ross.
