Lyrics matching

Today I was jamming with: Down on the Corner - CCR and while Chordify got me to the song and chords - the lyrics were something quite different and the title was "Porterfield" or something like that.  Similarly when I played Rod Stewart's Maggie May - the Chords and video etc. were correct but the title of the song showed as "Rooms on Fire" though no lyrics.

I have not noticed this sort of thing before.
