Can I change the order of the songs in a set list?

  You can find the sorting options in the top right hand corner after opening a setlist from the desktop website - I've attached an image to show where I mean.

  Just another suggestion.

  When you load the setlist you can put the cursor on a song (will show as a little hand) and you can then move this song upwards to the top for example.

  In my case I have moved three Dixie Chicks songs together at the top of the particular setlist group.

  The sorted Dixie Chicks songs are not alphabetical as they start with T and D, so this maneuverer puts 'em all together.
