Chordify Capo
Why does Chordify show the music with a Capo placement when the original song was played without one?
For example: Here in this link, it shows Chuck Berry playing without a Capo and yet Chordify has the song with a Capo at the 3rd fret, why is that?

Hi Neil. As a fellow long time user, the capo function allows you to manually select its placement. Chordify likes to suggest a capo to certain songs to show an easier way to play a track then using barre chords or more complex patterns of barre chords typically. Slide the capo position to the nut when selecting the capo button to show the relevant chords for playing without the capo. (Chordify is great at storing your preference for capo position in your profile when you return back to a song, using whichever position you last played it in). Cheers Jay
