Error messages increasing when trying to CHORDIFY NOW

I have had a sharp increase of error messages occurring recently when trying to Chordify songs for the first time.  Has there been any drop in service or is there a software update necessary to keep this from happening?

  I have the same problem since December 24th... If I try to create the chords of a new song... there is after some seconds a break and a message..." Error... we maked something wrong and are informed...". But longer then 4 days is absolute annoying! Sorry, but I´m nerved on this! I have vacation time and I will play new songs!!!!
