Using an audio mixer to hear my guitar in the chord trainer
Hi,
Just signed up as a Basic account to be able to play along with songs and improve my chord progressions and speed (i'm a beginner). I have an audio mixer on my PC (Win11), where I can hear the PC audio and my electric guitar, so I can play along...works fine.
But I would also like to use the chord trainer. Chordify states that it needs to "listen, via a mic" to hear my guitar. I have and another audio mixer (M-audio, M-track Solo) where I plug headphone and guitar into and via a USB cable/sound chip) plugged into PC, it uses the USB as a new audio source. I use this setup successfully using Yousician, which detects the sounds source.
Chordify does not recognize the input source?? Anyone using a setup like this. I can see the M-audio in functioning in my Windows audio setup and is identified as a microphone, so all is well hardware wise...
Thoughts??
Thx , John
