Yes, I agree, having the lyrics makes a huge difference and would be a great feature to have.

I need a sheet to print off with lyrics and uke chords. How do I find those? It says they are there somewhere. Thanks.

I understand the copyright issues, but why can't Chordify offer a text editor option.  I could then add my own lyrics for personal and print out use only?  I have seen other music transcription services that offer this option.   Otherwise, I have to manually enter into another Song book type of program for playlists etc.

Yes, I'm finding it very difficult to see where I am without lyrics - for personal use would be fine.

Huh, I had blithely assumed that lyrics would be a feature in Premium, my own bad for not checking before paying. I doubt they could add lyrics without increasing the subscription fees, though, since it would require license arrangements.

But I agree with those who've proposed some sort of private text editing feature; I'm no lawyer, but I think that might not run afoul of copyright issues.

I figured it out woo hoo!!!

Whilst I was messing around in Shazam I saw an option for Shazam pop up and notifications. I enabled both.

Then played a song in chordify. From the notification draw I tapped Shazam and it started a pop up over the top of the chordify app.

Once its found the track, wait about 4 seconds and it will start auto playing the lyrics.

I've added instruction and screenshots to this post on imgur https://imgur.com/gallery/2hKrxTc

This happens to be a feature from Shazam and has nothing to do with chordify. So legally they are fine.

p.s love you guys the best app ever!

Thanks Max. This is great but not valid for Apple iOS yet.
