I second this. Why this pivotal feature is absent from apps😄

I think this would be a cool feature also.

When I use chordify on my iPad, it doesn't tell me the key, but on my android it does, though it's rarely right. At the moment I'm playing "That ole devil called love". The Billie Holiday version says Bbm,  the Alison Moyet version says Eb,  even though they're the same chords. The relevant minor for Eb is Cm, and the major of Bbm is C#. The correct key for the song is Ab or Fm. You pay yer money, and you makes yer choice. Afterthought, a good clue for the key is to see what the final chord is. That's what's being referred to in the phrase, " Take it home" when musicians are jamming.

There is also another way of finding the key.  I found this on you tube and it seems to work. Keep playing a note through the song, the note that stays in tune, right through (barring any key changes) should be the key.
