Support for Banjo & other stringed instruments through open string edits

I made a request for 5-String and Tenor Banjo previously and saw another feature request for "Display mandolin / violin...", but gave it some more thought. If you are using a typical mvc web architecture, it would seem to me to be rather straight forward to allow users to change open string note, which allows me to use Ukulele for my Tenor Banjo chord diagrams as well as for bass guitar among others I'm sure. Then later you provide something more properly integrated, like an "Instrument Editor". Of course having that functionality would allow users to configure your "Guitar" diagrams for drop D, double drop D and the myriad of other open string configurations without much coding. Strikes me as "low hanging fruit, eh" I sound like a program manager... yikes.
