YouTube Videos don‘t start anymore

    im the same. youtube video wont load so i cant play along anymore. comes back with an error on all songs i search and try to play. please sort it out chordify, thanks Shane

    Same, but seems to be a Google Chrome issue, because it works in Firefox and iOS.

    I can not load videos there tube either and I am with firefox !!
    
    I took a year subscription Friday and for 2 days impossible to play.
    
    PLEASE DO THE NECESSARY, I will cancel my subscription.
    
    I specify that ytube is not in question because I can see the videos on other sites.

     moi non plus je ne peux pas charger les vidéos y tube et je suis avec firefox !!

    j 'ai pris un abonnement d' un an vendredi et depuis 2 jours impossible de jouer.

    MERCI DE FAIRE LE NECESSAIRE , sion je vais annuler mon abonnement.

    je précise que ytube  n' est pas en cause car je peux voir les vidéos sur d' autres sites.

    Same for me on iPad. Doesn’t matter if I use the app or Safari. Shame to Chordify that they don’t provide an answer or solution or any form of feedback on this issue. Works on the Mac though.

    Same for me on iPad.  I am unable to play the video in chordify. 

    It's just a black square and the play button on the left by the chords does nothing.  

    I tried the suggestions from Henry in tech support but nothing has worked last four days.  I logged out of app, uninstalled app, cleared web browser cache, re-installed and it's still the same.

    Works sometimes on my computer, though now the black square that follows along with your chords moves too far ahead on the screen and I can't see the upcoming chords, making it not so helpful. 

    Please give feedback ASAP.  

    I just got a year long subscription and may need to cancel if this isn't fixed as well...

    Please help!!!

    My iPad was loading and playing videos yesterday from the Chordify app, but today I get “Video unavailable“ for every song. I’m a Premium member.  Web version works fine on iPad, and the app works fine on my iPhone, but app version won’t load videos on iPad. It was able to load one video and play it, but almost all others in my history won’t load. I’ve rebooted the iPad but no luck. Should I uninstall the app (it’s not in need of an update) and reinstall and will I lose my history and favorites.

    So this morning, 8 hours later, Chordify is working normally. It was around the end of my subscription and account was just renewed several days ago but maybe took a few more for things to catch up.
