Feature Request & Bug Report for Chord Editing

Hi Chordify team,

First, thank you for adding the chord selection feature — it already helps a lot.

I’d like to report a bug and suggest a feature improvement.

Feature request:

It would be really helpful to have copy/paste support for selected chords. Since selection is already implemented, being able to copy and paste selected chord sections would greatly improve editing speed.

Bug report:

There seems to be an issue when editing chords directly using keyboard input.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start with a chord like Cm

2. Click the chord and type a new root note (for example, press E on the keyboard)

3. The chord becomes Em instead of E

It seems like the minor modifier ("m") is preserved automatically, even though only the root note was changed.

Current workaround:
To change Cm → E, I have to first remove the minor modifier, confirm it, and then edit the chord again to get a normal E major chord.

I think it would be more intuitive if typing a new root note resets the chord to the default major version unless a modifier is explicitly added.
