I am such a huge fan of your app! But now you have to be logged into YouTube. I’ve tried that 20 times but nothing! I’m using it on my iPhone, iOS version 26.5.2.  

I must be doing something wrong, but oh well,  
I’m not exactly dumb (university-educated teacher in vocational education) but yeah, 65 years old.  

I think the best thing is probably to just forget about you guys and cancel the nice paid account. I used to work without Chrodify too,  
but who knows, maybe you have a better solution.  
And yeah, I know, I’m too old. I play 90% acoustic on nylon strings,  
but still...  

Print this email out and hang it up in the office, you might get a laugh out of it.  

Just make it a nice day, mine has been thoroughly ruined (not your fault though).

  I've never had a problem with Youtube in using Chordify, as it always runs in Chordify free (no $ charge).

  I use it both on my desktop PC as well as my iPhone.

  I think you should post this question to Chordify Support and see what answer you get back.

  Do don't worry about the age mate.  Us old rockers have got expeerience and groove by the ton.
