Paid the fee but can not enter smoothly

I have been a member for several years,the late several months I absented but I still paid the fee.The latest payment was made on 16 September 2026 with the amount of 1,068baht by VISA credit card. But I could enter the Chordify only some songs.And there was advertising before every song.Some songs I could not enter .How can I do
