Malfunction

I am unable to search my song library at all. For a few days Chordify stopped after about 20 minutes but now it won't even start to search. I also cannot change key or loop. all these have worked well in the past and I have changed nothing. This is a crucial practice tool and this situation is making life extremely difficult.Any help would be much appreciated.
