Chordify android app completely unstable

It never fails that the Chordify android app goes completely unstable and non functional on the weekends when musicians NEED the app to function properly, especially having PAID for it. Chordify "support" is an oxymoron. I have cleared the app's cache as well as the device's cache partition. The app still will not function properly.
