Tone deaf??

Hi peeps, I'm a 60 year old trying to learn acoustic guitar when I probably should have started 40 years ago. I struggle a lot due to arthritic hands, fibromyalgia, and M.E.

Ive been trying again and up until now I thought I was doing sort of ok. The problem is when I play back what I have recorded it just does not sound right. Is it possible I'm tone deaf. Ive never had a problem recognizing any song I know on the radio so, whats up doc.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated. Thanks guys.
