    The fact that there was an app update yesterday morning is not coincidental to the issue. I was ready for rehearsal yesterday afternoon and experienced an entire collapse of functionality. Quite simply, songs don’t play. The videos are still available on YouTube and if you sign in to the Chordify website, all your set list songs are there to play. No trouble. It’s good to have your set list songs on the website as a backup, but the user interface is not as comfortable as the app. I’ve tried everything with the app, but to no avail. The app needs fixing. Kinda realised how dependent I’ve become upon the app. I’m probably not the only one…

    I have the same problem on my old iPad iOS 15, Chordify doesn’t work.
    Same with my iPhone running iOS 26.5, Chordify doesn’t work

    I re-installed chordify and its working fine now. Chordify 8.31.1. IOS 26.4.2

    I have had this problem for a few weeks, I am not a software engineer, I have just got both my tablets working by connecting to different wifi, I used a hot-spot on my phone, then went to chordify and it worked switched back to original wifi and it still worked. Hope it is some use to people and it wasn't just a fluke.

    Everything came back to life for me without any actions on my part at all. Just logged in a couple of days ago and it all worked perfectly on both desktop and app.

    Ich habe im ersten Schritt im Browser Firefox alle Erweiterungen, z.B. YouTube-Downloader, gelöscht (ich vermute, da liegt das Problem?)

    Dann habe ich nur die Erweiterung  "Easy Screenshot" aktiviert. Seitdem werden alle Videos bei mir wieder ohne Probleme abgspielt!

    I'm still having problems with video display, does anyone know why ? iIt would be nice from support team to reply and have some explanations what is going on .
