Oops error

I'm getting same error message. I just created a premium account but every time I try to navigate the app I get the error box. I paid for premium account but. The app is unusable. I've been reaching out to Chordify support for 2 days w/o response. I don't want anything to do with this mess. Refund please

Soo.. There is a workaround for when the app (on iOS devices) says "oops... blabla.. check your connection" and that is to go to a web browser, sign in to chordify (using the browser, NOT the app) find the song you want to play, press "edit" and then just click on one of the squares, it will then pop up ex. "D#5", change that to ex. "D#7" or whatever you want, make sure the edit is saved (hold your mouse over the edit sections little ✓ icon, it should read saved) then go to your app, find music library - history and then click on the song.
It will now magically work in the app again without any error messages, i know it sounds like alot, but it takes like 10 sec once you figure ut out and you can then play your songs in the app like normal.
I think the error is because of the way iOS is built and it.s restrictions more than chordify (because otherwise it should not work in browser with the same song that gives and error in app)
Not optimal, but it do work and it makes all songs playable in the app again
