The chordify app on my laptop refuses to play accompanying song from YouTube. It keeps telling me to sign in, when I'm already signed in. I've already  tried uninstalling the app and signing back in, but always get the same result. Please help if you've experienced this yourself.

    Same here. on my desktop computer. Sorry I don't have any idea how to help solve this.

    Thanks Christopher, I put in a service request and within an hour or so  -- problem solved. I can now play along with the YouTube videos. Try contacting them again.

    I  paused my VPN and Bingo -- It worked again. It's frustrating.

    Oh wow. I just paused my VPN and like you said IT WORKS. Then I turned the VPN on and YouTube videos are still working. Very strange, but happy YouTube videos are working again.

    I totally agree with you. Seems to only play YouTube videos with the VPN off now. Very frustrating indeed. Rock on dude!

    I imagine that if you open your VPN app, somewhere on it, will be an option to pause -- I'd have to be able to see the phone before I could attempt to help. You'll need to find someone in-person -- ask a teenager or a college kid, they seem to grow up knowing this kind of stuff.
