If I'm paying for premium then why isn't my capo feature not working? You should fix it since it's been several months or adjust my payment

  I'm also having this problem with using Capo feature, if you pay a premium + subscription surly all the features should work, this is not good enough.

  I'm also having this problem. SO frustrated!!! I even upgraded from Premium to Premium Plus.  Grrrr.

  Also having problems with capo, transpose, loop buttons disappearing when pressed, really frustrating. been thinking of moving to Ultimate Guitar. This may push me over the edge if not fixeed quickly.
