1: Go to the Password Reset page.
2: You will be prompted to enter your email address (note: the one you used to sign up for Chordify) and a link will be sent to you, which you can click to create a new password. Please check your junk mail or spam folder if it takes a while for the email to arrive, as very occasionally the password reset email has been known to be stopped by spam filters.
Password reset not working:
If the password reset link isn't working, it may have expired. We would recommend entering your email address again, and the new reset link should work. If you're still unable to reset the password, please contact us at support@chordify.net.
