What is going on with all of the blocked videos???
So you tube videos I was using last week in Chordify are blocked this week. I use this tool to help me learn songs! What am I going to do? Even using the Search button to find other videos, those are blocked too!!!! And interesting, when they are blocked, I cannot stop the "silent music" I cannot stop it running its course with no sound. I paste a video I have been using a LOT in Chordify (about 98% of my songlist had been playing on Chordify but last few days...NOPE). After pasting, I begin it. Has sound, then sound goes away and says video is blocked. Then I cannot stop it. I am more worried about all of the new blocks. I hope someone reads this and helps me

It is a software problem. If I run the videos in the app on my phone, they all work. If you hard boot your computer, it will clear all cache. But once you run a video in the website that stalls, no other video will work. So you have to exit the website and open it up again. It seems to be no rhyme or reason which video will stop playing. I don't think anyone reads these comments, sadly.

J'ai le même problème ici en France. Avant j'avais tous les morceaux de Youtube qui jouaient en back track et c'était super. J'ai souscrit le service premium payant car c'était bien. A présent et depuis un peu plus d'un mois, impossible de lire les morceaux de musique, les accords défilent à l'écran avec un mauvais son de piano synthétique comme seul accompagnement. Les vidéos de Youtube sont marquées non disponibles? MAis sur mon compte Youtube, ces morceaux fonctionnent. Et si je me connecte à Cordify sur mon téléphone Android, tout fonctionne normalement avec les back track. Je pense que cela pourrait venir d'un bloqueur de publicités sur PC à cause de Youtube qui nous inonde de publicités. Alors j'essai de tout désactiver, de désinstaller les ADBlock et autres bloqueurs, mais pour l'instant je n'ai pas résolue. Je n'utilise pas de VPN actuellement. Si quelqu'un trouve la solution, merci de publier ici. Le service client Chordify se moque de nous, aucune réponse, plusieurs demandes d'aide. Il font comme l'autruche, ils vivent la tête dans le trou. On vous vois les gars, vous êtes une bande d'incapable. Rendez nous plutôt notre argent.

Bonjour, est ce que vous avez eu un retour de l'équipe Chordify pour ce problème? De la même façon, j'ai souscrit à l'option Premium afin de travailler des morceaux, force est de constater que plus les semaines passent et moins de morceaux sont disponibles et le site perd son intérêt.

Bonjour àa tous, j'ai ce même problème depuis des mois et j'ai réalisé que mon VPN bloque les chansons si je ne choisi pas un état au USA pour masque l'adresse IP via le VPN.
1- Vous devez fermer l'application Chordify
2- Changer votre VPN
3 -Se reconnecter à Chordify.
Cette été leur ai écris tout cela avec images de la situation et pas de retour. Ils ont fermé le billet!

Hi everyone, I've been having this same problem for months and I realized that my VPN blocks songs if I don't choose a state in the USA to hide the IP address via the VPN. 1- You need to close the Chordify app 2- Change your VPN 3 - Reconnect to Chordify. This summer I wrote all this to Support with JPG of the situation and no feedback. They closed the ticket!

Same thing for me. Here is a work aroud:
Close Chordify and change your VPN location for a USA connexion. Log in Chordify again and everything should work. If not, Repeat the process and choose another location in USA. You must close Chordify before changing the Location of your VPN.
** Some locations in the USA do not work **.
