  I'm having this problem too. I can log in on the website, but the mobile app won't.

  Not sure Ed what might be going on with your mobile. They had it up and running about 6 days ago with my laptop, their email to me said it was an issue that THEY had and fixed. Today is the 12th of July so if your monile phone won't work with it, reach out to them directly. Dave
